How large can you print?
Our largest printer is the Canon Pro 6000 which prints up to 1500mm wide. Please note that the maximum we can print on canvas is 1400 wide to allow for wrapping around the stretcher bar.
How large can you frame?
We frame up to 1000 x 1500. We can frame larger but freight prices will increase.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
Yes we do, contact us for details.
Can I make reproductions of my artwork painted on canvas?
Yes! We can put you in touch with specialised companies that can produce digital files of your artwork, which we can then reproduce for you.
What printer do you print on?
We print on the latest Canon Image Prograf 1000, 2000, 4000 and 6000.
Do you keep my files?
Yes we can, no we don’t have to. You can simply upload your files each time you order if you prefer.
Please note that under no circumstances will your images be printed unless it is with your permission and for a specific order.
Do you send frames Australia wide?
Yes we do. Please bare in mind that if you’re sending to country locations freight times do increase.
Do you use glass for your frames?
We use 3mm thick cast acrylic called Shinkolyte, which of course is much stronger than glass but also has a crystal clear transparency, is chemical resistant and has a light transmittance rate of 93%, higher than most glass used in picture framing.
How do you send your prints?
Prints are wrapped in acid free polypropylene, then tubed in extra tick, unbranded tubing for post.
Can I have my canvasses gallery wrapped?
Yes. You have a choice of white edge or gallery wrapped. If you’d like your image gallery wrapped please ensure that either the image is OK to be wrapped around the stretcher bar (ie you’re not losing a vital part of the image or a signature). You can also mirror your image or create a colour to wrap. Let us know if you need a hand – we can create a mirrored or coloured edge for you (there is a $20 charge)
How do you send your frames?
Frames are wrapped in bubble wrap, then put into specially made unbranded boxes.
I need a specific frame for a specific project – is that possible?
Yes of course! We buy from Australia’s 3 main moulding companies and can source whatever you need. Prices will vary.
Can I send my prints or frames out using my branding?
Yes, of course! Please send us your stickers or other materials you’d like to go with your orders. We’d recommend it has your name and website address as a minimum. We’d recommend putting a sticker on the back of frames (not prints as it will damage them). It’s always good if your clients can find you again to re-order.
What’s your turn around time?
1-3 days for prints, 10 working days for framed prints. If your order is urgent or has to be somewhere by a certain date please let us know so that we can accommodate that for you.
Who do you use for freight?
We ship with Australia Post for smaller parcels. For the larger ones we use Couriers Please, TNT Sensitive or Hunter Express. We also have a driver for Melbourne deliveries.
Do I get a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the goods leave here.
How do I pay?
Our invoice day is Friday each week. You’ll be sent an invoice with your orders for that week which is payable on receipt.
